Vibration is defined as a person’s emotional state, the atmosphere of a place, or the associations of an object, as communicated to and felt by others. In simple words, vibration can define the energy of everything.

Any place, your home, and every office have a particular vibration, which interacts with yours when you enter the space. Similarly, everyone you interact with leaves a mark on you, shifting your vibes.

Did you know that every thought and even your name has a particular vibration? All sounds, including the chirping of birds, impacts you. When you raise your vibration, you also raise that of those around you.

The good news is your vibration can change quickly. With consistent efforts, you can raise your frequency, attract the right people, and bring more happiness to your life.          

1. Embrace your Power

Raise your vibrations with powerful affirmations for healing. You may practice taking in affirmations for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Your first and last thought of the day are the most powerful ones. Simply a thought of 

“I am a Powerful Soul” works wonders to raise your vibrations for healing. Your belief can not just transform your response to challenging situations, but also bring a shift in the way your critics respond to you, or how your family and friends perceive you. Yes, your vibrations can transform how they interact with you. However, remember that your affirmation needs to come from an egoless, loving space, with the intention of seeking mutual good. 

2. Meditation

Meditation is the bedrock for raising your vibrations. Any type of meditation including breath work, mantra meditation, mindfulness, or chakra meditation, can remove all negative energy and raise your vibration. The stillness of mind also helps you to regulate your emotions and reflect on the positive things life has to offer.

3. Love

Unconditional love is regarded as the highest state of consciousness, which can raise your vibration phenomenally.

Revive your relationship with your children and parents, and be more compassionate to your colleagues. Embrace self-love, offer assistance to someone in need, volunteer for a charitable cause, or simply express genuine care and support to a friend or stranger. Let go of the conditions, the drama, and the constant calculation of give and take to raise your vibration.

4. Honor your commitments

Do you promise someone to meet over the weekend but then postpone or cancel your plan? Are your work targets more on paper? Honoring commitments is the simplest way of honoring yourself, and thus a powerful way to raise your vibration. With every promise fulfilled, you train your subconscious to strengthen and manifest your thoughts.

5. Live by your values

Personal values are the virtues of utmost importance to you, things that are non-negotiable, irrespective of the circumstances or people. There can be a range of values, and there is no such thing as a right or wrong value. You can have values ranging from trust and honesty to adventure and financial stability. Find your values by answering questions like what makes you most proud of yourself, what change you want to see in yourself or others, or what annoys you the most. 6. Choose your company wisely

Jim Rohn famously said, “You are the sum total of the five people you spend the most time with.” The people we choose to spend the most time with have a profound impact on our mindset, goals, and overall outlook on life. Surround yourself with compassionate, wise people with high vibration, and chances are that you will match their frequency soon.

7. Lifestyle shift

Simple changes in your day-to-day routine can transform your energy. Practice waking up early morning, doing yoga, and eating healthy high-fiber food. Add a lot of fruits and vegetables to your diet and reduce packaged food to the extent possible. Start your day with a sense of calmness and positive affirmations to raise your vibration.

Spending time in nature helps you balance the 5 elements of life– water, earth, fire, space, and air. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of life, and immerse yourself in nature. Whether it’s taking a leisurely walk in the woods, breathing in the fresh air by the seaside, or marveling at the beauty of a sunrise or sunset, nature can invigorate and uplift our spirits. Align yourself with natural rhythms and experience a heightened state of consciousness and vibrations.

9. Choose words and thoughts wisely

According to research, we have an average of 6000 thoughts every day! Each of these thoughts radiates positive or negative energy in the form of vibrations. Imagine this. If you harbor negative thoughts about someone you dislike, you emit negative energy that is directed toward that person. Consequently, they receive and reciprocate this energy, reinforcing the cycle of negativity or lower vibrations. You receive this vibration and the loop continues until one of you breaks it.

Your brain is extremely powerful. Be careful in choosing the thoughts you want to amplify. Similarly, your words have the power to raise your vibration. Choose words you wish to come true!

10. Practice silence

When was the last time you practiced conscious silence? Silence just doesn’t mean eliminating the noise around you, but it is a conscious effort to remain silent. Finding silence in today’s world can be challenging, but spending time in silence can offer numerous benefits. A few minutes of conscious silence can set the stage for self-awareness, mindfulness, and finding responses to complex questions. Embrace silence to stimulate your brain and raise your vibration.

11. Reduce or eliminate alcohol and non-vegetarian food

While consuming alcohol can help you relax, it affects the quality of your sleep and rather has energy-draining effects. The numbing effect on the mind and body also hinders our ability to maintain a clear and elevated consciousness.

Similarly, non-vegetarian food, particularly meat, is often associated with lower vibrations. Consuming meat involves the transfer of their energy to us, which may also involve the suffering and stress they were subjected to. By ingesting their flesh, it is believed that we absorb some of those energies, which can impact our own vibrational state.

It’s important to note that each person’s experience and sensitivity to these factors may vary. While some of us are more sensitive to energetic effects, others may not perceive a significant shift in our vibrations.

12. Forgiveness

Forgiveness is your liberation from lower vibrations. It holds tremendous power to raise your vibration and promote emotional well-being. Forgive your partner for choosing hurtful words, yourself for past mistakes, or the friend who unintentionally betrayed your trust. By choosing forgiveness, you break free from the lower vibrations associated with anger and resentment.

13. Gratitude

Be grateful for the things you have, and by doing so, you attract more of what you can be grateful for. Practicing gratitude can raise your vibration instantly. Close your eyes and think of one event or person you are incredibly grateful for. Absorb and amplify the feelings of warmth, happiness, and peace you feel around the person. 14. Eliminate negative emotions

As you bring more positive feelings of gratitude, it is also important to eliminate what you don’t need. Make a conscious effort to reduce anger, resentment, guilt, jealousy, and insecurity in your life.

15. Accept life flow

Accept what you can’t control and go with the life flow. Believe in the wisdom of the universe to bring forth great lessons and potential experiences that will promote your growth. You may discover new strengths, uncover hidden passions, or encounter unforeseen opportunities that lead you on a different path, one that ultimately aligns with your authentic self.

Accepting the flow of life does not imply resignation, but rather a deep belief that you have the capacity to navigate anything with grace and wisdom.
